Photographing events is one of my favorite things!  The variety of colours, movements and sometimes crazy things that just happen are great fun to capture.  From bands playing in the fridgid Sault Ste Marie winter in parkas and mittens, kids of all ages sliding down bum slides, or any community or private gathering, there will always be a photo to be taken.  People provide great subjects whether they know it or not.  Patience and the willingness get out and talk to them will usually help you get a photo that many people will enjoy.
